Smoked bacon and tenderstem broccoli pasta. 


  • Bag of 500g Penne Pasta

  • 1 red chilli

  • Olive oil

  • 1 Lemon

  • 1 Pack of smoked bacon

  • Tenderstem broccoli


  • Put the 500g penne pasta in hot salted water until Al Dente

  • Slice one red chilli and put in a cup of olive oil with the juice of half a lemon.

  • Fry the bacon in a pan

  • Once crispy add the heads of the tenderstem broccoli but discard the storks or use for soup

  • Then add the pasta, the chilli oil and lemon juice then cook for a further 2 mins until done
