Cod in tomato sauce with French beans and Cous Cous


  • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes

  • Seasoning.

  • Piece of cod

  • Bag of cous cous

  • French beans


  • Cook one tin of chopped tomatoes in a pan on low heat.

  • Add some seasoning of onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, and basil.

  • Cook until a thick consistency then add the cod to the pan.

  • Cover with a lid and cook for 8-10 mins.

  • Put dried cous cous in a bowl

  • Cover with boiling water then cling film and leave for 10-15 mins

  • Add what flavour you like: onion, peppers, dried fruit, herbs, spices, top and tail green beans.

  • Place in boiling water for 3-4 mins and drain
